The RoleAs an ECT Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons across your subject or key stage.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Support pupils in achieving their academic potential.
- Build strong relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
- Adapt confidently to different school settings where required.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or ECT status.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- A passion for education and pupil development.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.

- All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
