Milk Education is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to work across a range of welcoming primary schools in South & Central Manchester.

We work with a wide network of primary schools across EYFS, Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2), offering placements that allow you to build confidence, develop your teaching practice and gain valuable classroom experience within supportive school environments.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 in line with the Primary National Curriculum
- Create a positive, inclusive and engaging classroom environment
- Assess pupil progress and adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners
- Build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and parents
- Plan, prepare and assess learning where required for longer-term placements
- Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be due to achieve QTS before September
- A genuine passion for teaching and inspiring young learners
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- A positive, enthusiastic and reflective approach to teaching
- The ability to adapt quickly and build positive relationships within new school settings

This role is paid within the advertised pay scale. Your starting salary will be determined by your qualifications, relevant experience and the requirements of the assignment.
