Overview

Early Career Teacher (ECT) - EYFS, KS1 or KS2 - Redbridge, East London. Start September 2026. Full-Time Long-Term. Outer London MPS - Paid to Scale.

The Role

You will take ownership of a class within EYFS, KS1, or KS2, supported throughout by a structured induction programme and close mentoring. Leadership is hands-on and accessible, ensuring you have every opportunity to develop your classroom practice, build confidence, and progress your career.

The Ideal Candidate

• Currently completing a PGCE or teacher training programme leading to QTS
• Genuinely passionate about primary education
• Enthusiastic, reflective, and keen to grow
• A strong communicator with excellent organisational skills
• Committed to high expectations, inclusion, and engaging classroom environments
