Milk Education is seeking a passionate and motivated Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join a supportive and dynamic secondary school in Liverpool. As an ECT, you will:

• Take part in CPD, reflection, and regular progress reviews as part of your ECT induction
• Contribute to the wider school community and departmental planning

To be successful in this Secondary ECT role, you will need:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or pending award
• Strong subject knowledge in your specialist secondary area

• A proactive attitude toward behaviour management and pastoral care
• Excellent communication and organisation skills
