NextLink is having an exciting position as an early-career Information Scientist to join our client team in Slough, UK, with an anticipated office move to Windlesham, Surrey. This 12 month full time role offers a unique opportunity to Hybrid/Remote, and contribute to cutting edge research by leveraging data science and AI.

We are seeking an early-career Information Scientist with a strong interest in content analytics, data science, and programmatic approaches. This role involves applying scientific knowledge alongside coding, data analysis, and AI enabled methods to extract insights from biomedical literature and external data.

• Develop and support programmatic workflows for scientific data analysis
• Apply data science techniques to extract trends and insights
• Build automated pipelines for content analytics
• Use AI and NLP tools for text mining and summarisation
• Collaborate with cross functional teams
• Support data governance and responsible AI practices

Candidate Profile

• Essential: Degree in life sciences, data science, or related field
