Description

As EA to CHRO, you will:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CHRO, including diary management and correspondence.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and events with precision and attention to detail.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
  • Manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Act as a key point of contact between the CHRO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Monitor and prioritise incoming communications, ensuring timely responses.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and initiatives within the Secretarial & Business Support department.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Profile

A successful EA to CHRO should have:

  • Proven experience in a similar Executive Assistant role, ideally within the industrial or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with a focus on accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems effectively.

Job Offer

  • Competitive salary ranging from £55,000 to £65,000.
