What you will do
  • Drive strategic projects and cross functional initiatives on behalf of the CEO to maintain business momentum.

  • Manage complex scheduling, inbox prioritization, and travel logistics with precision to maximize the founder's leverage.
The ideal candidate
  • 3 7 years of experience supporting a Founder or C Suite leader within a high growth technology environment.
  • Data literate professional comfortable extracting insights from Sheets and utilizing AI tools to multiply personal output.
  • Proactive operator with a high ownership mindset who can navigate ambiguity and confidently manage senior stakeholders.
