Job DescriptionInfosys is looking for a Sales and Fulfilment Solution Designer/Architect who should be able to interact effectively with customers, business stakeholders and product owners to understand solutions and challenges in the complete Telecom Sales to Fulfillment journey, and effectively discuss possible solutions. Define the high and low level solution architecture and impacts on various capabilities covering the complete BSS/OSS stack.
Responsibilities & Qualifications- Extensive years of experience in working with Telecom clients in the role of e2e solution design and solution architecture.
- Experienced in the areas of BSS / OSS architecture, design and implementation for Telecom customers which can enable effective capturing of requirements within Sales and Fulfilment journey.
- Understanding of telecom BSS with experience in standard design tools such as Design Patterns, UML, TMF APIs, SOA, etc.
- Experience designing Sales, Fulfilment, Assurance, Inventory, Activation, Middleware, and Interfaces at telecom projects and rollouts.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Telecom Industry Standards/regulations/best practices such as eTOM, TNA, SID, ITIL, IEEE, TOGAF, etc.
- Understanding of the overall OSS/BSS landscape with the entire application stack.
- Knowledge of web APIs, SOAP, REST architecture.
- Possesses lead qualities and experience in leading a team of consultants/designers to achieve project/program goals.
- Experience defining process, business requirements and system requirements in areas of Telecom service assurance process.
- Ability to prepare, analyse and review proposals from internal teams, provide appropriate solutions to problems, and make day to day decisions to run client projects.
- Engages with multiple stakeholders such as Business, SI partners and System owners to understand, capture, finalize and sign off requirements.
- Analyses the problem faced by the customer, participates in discussions with customer stakeholders to understand the problem, gather further data as required to define and document the problem and requirements.
- Grooms team members.
- Possesses good communication and client interfacing skills; cross cultural working experience; can work independently with multinational clients.
