E-commerce Product Director - 6+ months - Paris

Global Enterprise Partners is looking for an experienced E-commerce Product Director to join our global fashion client in Paris.

This role combines ownership of the online customer experience, product direction, and digital performance. You will lead teams across product management, customer experience, optimization, and analytics while partnering closely with technology stakeholders on a major commerce-platform evolution initiative.

Responsibilities:

• Define priorities and direction for the E-commerce product portfolio,
• Lead and develop teams across Product, UX, Conversion Optimization, and Analytics,
• Partner with business and technology leaders to deliver strategic digital initiatives,
• Champion customer-centric experiences that drive engagement, conversion, and revenue growth,
• Use insights and data to support decision-making and performance improvement,
• Oversee product delivery, roadmap planning, and prioritization efforts,
• Ensure effective collaboration between commercial, digital, and technology teams,
• Manage relationships with key digital partners and solution providers.

Requirements:

• Strong experience leading E-commerce product functions in a digital or retail environment,
• Proven track record of managing multidisciplinary teams,
• Background in customer experience, digital optimization, and online trading performance,
• Experience delivering large-scale digital change or platform transformation programmes,
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills,
• Commercially minded with a data-led approach to decision making,
• Familiarity with modern commerce platforms and agile delivery methods,
• Fluent English.
