Global Enterprise Partners is currently supporting a leading international organization in the consumer/digital commerce space, that is looking for an E-commerce Operations Specialist to support the execution of digital product launches and ensure seamless online consumer experiences across the EMEA region.

This role plays a critical part in the day-to-day operations of a large-scale E-commerce platform, ensuring that product launches, seasonal assortments, and exclusive releases are executed flawlessly across multiple markets. The assignment sits at the intersection of E-commerce, merchandising, and digital operations.

The role operates in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and requires a strong combination of coordination, execution, and operational excellence. This is not a technical development role, but a hands-on operations role focused on ensuring digital readiness, accuracy, and execution quality.

Role Overview

As the Platform Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for the end-to-end operational execution of product launches across digital platforms in EMEA. You will act as the central point of coordination between merchandising, marketing, planning, and supply chain teams to ensure that products go live correctly, on time, and aligned with business priorities.

Beyond execution, you will monitor readiness, identify risks, and continuously improve processes to ensure a seamless consumer journey from product discovery to purchase.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute the end-to-end digital product launch process across multiple EMEA markets
• Ensure assortment readiness, including product data accuracy, availability, and completeness
• Manage product activation, deactivation, categorization, and merchandising setup on the platform
• Coordinate closely with merchandising, marketing, planning, and supply chain teams
• Ensure timely readiness of digital assets, inventory, and product information
• Identify operational risks and resolve issues quickly to maintain launch quality
• Support and execute high-impact or exclusive product releases
• Act as the operations point of contact in seasonal planning and trading meetings
• Drive continuous improvement in processes, workflows, and operational efficiency
• Use data and tools to support decision-making and performance optimization

Key Qualifications

• Experience in E-commerce, digital operations, or online retail
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and a strong focus on execution quality
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders
• Comfortable using digital tools, systems, and data to support operations
• Strong communication skills in English
• Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively

• Experience with E-commerce platforms or merchandising tools
