Job Description

Our Ways of Working Principles:

We believe that most of us do our best work when we work together, but we know that everyone works in different ways, and quite frankly, has other commitments and responsibilities outside of work.

As we further adjust to hybrid working, we want to take what we've learnt from working remotely and keep the flexibility that's enabled us to thrive and keep driving our business forward.

We have some core principles which support us in this:

Do what's right

Trust & give permission

Delivery matters

We understand ways of working can look different based on your role, team and you as an individual so we are here to support and discuss this with you during the interview process.

What You'll Be Doing

As an E-Commerce Content Executive, you will play a key role in delivering and evolving the content & trading strategy on the Moonpig UK site. Working closely with stakeholders across Trading, Marketing, Buying and Product, you'll own the planning, creation and optimisation of content across key areas of the site and app.

This is a hands-on role with scope to think strategically, test new ideas, and use data to continually improve performance. You'll help ensure our customers have the best possible experience onsite, while also driving key commercial goals like conversion and AOV.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing and executing the monthly content plan for your areas, aligned with the UK trading strategy and commercial goals.
  • Continuously optimising content and layouts to improve performance and customer experience.
  • Creating page wireframes and briefing design teams to bring content plans to life across web and app.
  • Running regular performance analysis and reporting on key content areas.
  • Proactively identifying opportunities for A/B testing to drive improvements.
What does success look like:
  • Delivering high-quality, engaging content that delights customers and drives commercial performance.
  • Using data and customer insights to inform decisions and evolve your content strategy.
  • Proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and confidently testing new ideas to optimise the site experience.
About you:
  • A creative and analytical thinker with a proactive, self-starting attitude.
  • Previous experience in executing content in an e-commerce or retail environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable working at pace and adapting to change in a fast-moving environment.
  • Calm under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confident working independently, but also a great collaborator.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and a basic understanding of SEO best practices.
  • Experience with Tableau, Google Analytics, or Photoshop is a bonus-but not essential.
