E-Commerce & Customer Care Specialist

Pet Family Limited in Crawley is seeking a motivated customer service professional to join our E-Commerce & Customer Service team at Head Office. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries via email and telephone with a friendly, professional approach.

The role involves resolving enquiries, coordinating with couriers, and supporting product launches. Based in Crawley, the role is full-time and office-based, with 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm.
