E-Commerce Activation Specialist
to join our world headquarters in Châtel-St-Denis.
As an E-Commerce Activation Specialist, you will be responsible for building and scaling Laurastar s discovery and activation channels to drive qualified demand and sales performance. Your mission is to generate incremental revenue and demand capture across organic search (SEO), AI-driven discovery (GEO / LLM), agentic commerce, social commerce, affiliate marketing and mobile activation channels, while strengthening the connection between customer discovery and conversion funnels.
Main role:
- Drive activation strategies for promotions and product launches to maximize commercial impact, including traffic acquisition quality, conversion funnel contribution and incremental sales uplift.
- Own and execute Laurastar s SEO, GEO, AEO and AI-driven discovery roadmap, including content planning coordination and continuous optimization of organic visibility across search engines, LLM platforms and conversational commerce environments.
- Manage affiliate marketing programs end-to-end, including partner onboarding, performance monitoring, optimization and revenue contribution growth.
- Design, deploy and scale Laurastar s CRM mobile engagement framework (Push notifications, WhatsApp and SMS), including use-case rollout, lifecycle activation and performance tracking.
- Lead social commerce and digital activation pilots (product catalogue, creator commerce, live shopping, emerging platforms), from concept definition to execution and performance evaluation.
- Develop and implement structured data frameworks, product discoverability logic and agentic commerce readiness.
- Own activation channel performance targets, including organic discovery contribution, engagement metrics and activation-driven revenue impact.
- Monitor activation KPIs, manage execution roadmaps and delivery milestones, continuously optimize channel performance and proactively propose innovation initiatives in AI commerce and digital activation.
Technical Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of SEO and organic discovery strategies.
- Experience with AI-driven discovery platforms, LLM visibility (GEO & AEO) and conversational commerce is a strong plus.
- Understanding of structured data, schema markup and product feed optimization.
- Experience with social commerce platforms (Meta/TikTok).
- Knowledge of affiliate marketing platforms and partnership ecosystems.
- Familiarity with mobile engagement tools (push notifications, WhatsApp Business, SMS platforms).
- Knowledge or experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Any Salesforce certification is a plus.
- Proficiency in using data to drive growth, with the ability to read dashboards, interpret performance insights, and translate them into actionable business decisions.
- Fluent spoken and written English (C1 minimum). French knowledge is a plus.
