E-Cargo Operations & Rider Development Specialist

Evri in Colliers Wood, Wimbledon and Old Kent Road is seeking an eCargo Service Specialist to manage our high volume eCargo Bike Network. You will drive service performance, coach riders, and ensure parcels move on time while keeping costs in check.

This hands on role covers rider onboarding, capability checks and safety coaching, plus fleet maintenance coordination. You'll use data to optimise routes, support budget control, and promote a strong safety culture across the operation.
