Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated DZ Driver to join our Transportation team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating a company vehicle and providing excellent customer service while handling and delivering customer orders.
Responsibilities- Operate and maintain safe and efficient driving of company CDL vehicles, ensuring adherence to security and regulatory procedures.
- Deliver timely customer orders and prepare accurate, complete paperwork and records, including loading, transporting, and driving routes independently.
- Perform warehouse duties as needed and travel to remote locations 3 to 4 days per week on a periodic basis (approximately every 3 to 6 months).
- Minimum age 21 with a valid DZ Driver's License and consistently good driving record; must succeed background check.
- At least one year of route transportation experience (preferred).
- Physical ability to lift at least 70 pounds, push/pull bins up to 350 pounds (average 170 pounds), carry recycling bins over inclines, stairs, and ladders, walk, stand, and sit for extended periods.
- Proven ability to adapt to changing environments and have a flexible mindset.
- Competitive pay rate: $28/hour.

Reasonably expected salary range: $55,800.00 - $69,800.00.
