Trainer and Change Manager - Microsoft Dynamics 365

Job Purpose:
The Trainer and Change Manager will lead user enablement and change adoption activities during the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for a Belgium-based organisation. This dual-role position combines the development of a structured change management strategy with the hands-on delivery of tailored training programs, ensuring end-users across departments are engaged, prepared, and confident in using the new system from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
Change Management
- Develop and execute the change management strategy aligned to the D365 implementation roadmap.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and readiness planning across business units.
- Manage internal communications, engagement campaigns, and feedback mechanisms.
- Identify potential resistance, monitor adoption risks, and work with functional leads to address gaps.
- Support leadership and department heads in embedding lasting behavioural and process change.
Training Delivery
- Define the training approach, formats, and timelines to support go-live and post-go-live activities.
- Develop engaging, role-based training materials, including guides, simulations, and e-learning content.
- Deliver training sessions virtually and on-site (where required) across functions including Finance, Procurement, Operations, and Supply Chain.
- Coordinate and support Train-the-Trainer programmes across teams.
- Provide on-the-ground support during go-live, including floorwalking and knowledge reinforcement.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with the ERP project team, business leads, and external implementation partners.
- Regularly report on training progress, user readiness, and change adoption KPIs.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to ensure training and change plans align with operational needs and system design.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years' experience in change management and ERP training roles.
- Proven experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations (F&O and/or CE).
- Experience working within multinational environments, preferably in manufacturing, energy, or logistics sectors.
- Ability to create and deliver engaging training content tailored to diverse end-user groups.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, both in-person and remote.
- Fluent in English; French or Dutch highly desirable.
- Prosci or equivalent certification in change management (preferred).
Contract Details:
- Duration: 6-12 months (with potential extension)
- Location: Belgium (Hybrid - 2-3 days WFH, occasional on-site presence as needed)
- Rate: Competitive daily rate (dependent on experience)
