We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer with solid on-premises experience to join our team on a 6-month contract, outside IR35. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and supporting Dynamics CRM solutions to meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, customise and develop solutions within Microsoft Dynamics CRM (on-premises).
  • Implement and support CRM integrations with other business systems.
  • Develop plug-ins, workflows and custom components using .NET and related technologies.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting and performance optimisation for CRM systems.
Requirements
  • Proven experience developing and supporting Dynamics CRM on-premises environments (preferably 2016 or later).
  • Strong skills in C#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL Server, and familiarity with the Power Platform (desirable).
  • Experience with data migration, integration tools, and API development.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to Europe for team or project meetings.
