Our client, a Microsoft Partner, requires aDynamics 365 CE Functional Consultantto join on a permanent basis in a hybrid capacity. This is a key role spanning delivery and pre sales, working across new and ongoing implementations to design, configure and optimise Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions while contributing to bids, demos and solution options.

Key Responsibilities

• Building relationships with new and existing team members
• Documenting, proposing and discussing solution options as a part of the programme team (high level design / low level design)
• Configuring and developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions to fit project requirements.
• Working closely with technical development capability, including near shore and off-shore teams.
• Working with third party providers to translate requirements and design to ensure solution build is in line with expectations
• Providing functional consultant delivery support across all phases of the programme including testing, business change, data migration and cutover.
• Understanding business requirements and scope changes and highlight any impact on delivery teams or technical solution.
• Providing SME input across a variety of programme workstreams, including testing, training, data, reporting, and business change.

Skills and Experience

• Experience configuring Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions in project situations
• Experience in a client-facing role with a Microsoft Gold Partner or equivalent industry experience
• 1 or more intermediate / expert level relevant Microsoft certifications
• Previous responsibility for independent creation of project lifecycle deliverables
• Working in agile project delivery teams
