Duty Manager, Fitness Club - Lead Members & Safety

Nuffield Health in Enfield is seeking a Duty Manager to help run the Fitness and Wellbeing Club and lead a dedicated team. You will drive member satisfaction, support daily operations and contribute to delivering an exceptional gym experience for members.

The role is 40 hours per week on a part-time permanent contract, with responsibilities including opening/closing the club and supporting lifeguard duties as needed. Experience in sales and customer service is essential.
