Duty Manager - Fitness and Wellbeing Club

Enfield FWC Management Team Permanent Contract Part Time

Up to £28,618.48 per annum depending on experience - 40 hours per week

We are looking for a passionate individual to help deliver an exceptional fitness experience for our members.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth running of the club, including opening and closing during your shift.
• Prioritise member satisfaction, foster happiness and build strong relationships.
• Lead by example, support and guide colleagues while upholding the highest quality standards.
• Conduct tours for prospective members, highlighting the benefits only Nuffield Health provides.
• Oversee health and safety protocols, addressing any issues swiftly and effectively.
• Help achieve sales targets.
• Swim to a high standard and be willing to undergo training on site to cover lifeguard breaks.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable sales experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Collaborative spirit and a "can do" attitude.
• Willingness to undergo lifeguard training.
