Duty Manager - Fitness and Wellbeing Club

Location: Gosforth (Newcastle). Contract: Permanent, full time, 40 hours per week. Salary: Up to £28,042.56 per annum depending on experience plus sales commission.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the smooth running of the club, including opening and closing during your shift.
• Prioritise member satisfaction, engage with members and foster happiness and strong relationships.
• Lead by example, support and guide colleagues while upholding the highest quality standards.
• Conduct tours for prospective members, highlighting unique benefits of Nuffield Health.
• Oversee health and safety protocols, addressing any issues swiftly and effectively.
• Help achieve sales targets.
• Have a high standard of swimming and be willing to undergo training at site for lifeguard breaks.
