Duty Manager - Multi Site Duty Manager is responsible for supporting the Club Manager in delivering a 5 experience for residents, guests, and external contractors at the development. The role is a blend of operational, fitness, and customer service duties.

Educated Body is a health and fitness company that operates in the luxury residential and corporate developments sector. We run luxury health clubs and spas in high profile UK property projects, delivering exceptional customer service in facilities including state of the art gyms, swimming pools with sauna/spa, group exercise programmes, personal training, beauty therapy rooms, and wellbeing services. We also consult on development and design and supply specialist equipment. The company is growing rapidly and seeks managers to help run these sites.

Your Role

The position blends operational, fitness, and customer service responsibilities:

  • Operational - Opening or closing the facility, overseeing day to day running, conducting health and safety checks, pool testing, and maintaining brand standards.
  • Fitness - Conducting fitness assessments, prescribing exercise programmes, leading group exercise classes, and promoting personal training.
  • Customer Service - Serving as the first point of contact for all enquiries, delivering exemplary service, and communicating via telephone and email. The role involves building relationships with high net worth residents, their management teams, and colleagues across the leisure team.

This hybrid Duty Manager / Personal Trainer role offers two career pathways: leisure management or building a successful personal training client base. Contracts are available on a full time or part time basis (up to 20 hours per week). The successful candidate must be able to work flexible shift patterns including early starts, late finishes, weekdays, and weekends.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Fitness qualification (minimum Level 2)
  • Two years of fitness industry experience, ideally in a 5 star or luxury environment
  • Experience with swimming pool or pool plant operations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • RLSS Emergency Responder qualification or willingness to undertake one
