Duty Manager - Fitness & Wellbeing Club (Fixed-Term, PT)

Nuffield Health Harrogate gym is seeking a part-time Duty Manager to oversee daily operations, member experience and sales targets. You'll lead shifts, engage members, ensure safety, and support colleagues while maintaining service standards.

The role is 32 hours per week with fixed-term contract, up to £28,038.40 pro-rata depending on experience plus sales commission. Applicants should have demonstrable sales experience and excellent communication skills.
