Are you a dedicated and experienced Children's Duty & Assessment Social Worker looking for an exciting contract role in St. Our client? Service Care Solutions is seeking a qualified Children's Duty & Assessment Social Worker to join a reputable Children's Services team. Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of children and families to determine needs and risks
  • Manage child protection enquiries and referrals with professionalism and sensitivity
  • Undertake statutory visits to children and their families in accordance with legal requirements
  • Collaborate closely with partner agencies to safeguard children and coordinate support plans
  • Document case information accurately and maintain up-to-date records
  • Participate in team meetings, training, and case reviews to continually improve service delivery
Candidate Requirements
  • Qualified Social Worker status with current Social Work England registration
  • Proven experience working within Children's Duty & Assessment or Front Door services
  • Strong skills in child safeguarding, risk assessment, and statutory procedures
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, statutory environment
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
  • Full UK driving licence (preferred but not mandatory)
