Dutch speaking Claim Investigator and Recovery Associate

Job Description:

At this moment, we are looking for a Dutch Speaking Claim Investigator and Recovery Associate for our European Team in Almada- Lisbon.

You will be responsible for:

• Investigating the validity of the credit insurance claim, negotiating and resolving trade conflicts, recovering outstanding claims;
• Cooperating with colleagues and local offices;

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of work experience; Experience in international trade and insurance claims is preferred.
• Fluent in English and Dutch
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, handle high volume of investigation and recovery cases and complete tasks and reports on time.
• Proactive and resourceful.
• Exceptional negotiation skill, report-drafting competencies
