About the role
As a Recruiter at Yobbers, you are the key link between international employers and talented job seekers. You inspire people to take the leap abroad and help them land an amazing work experience. You build relationships with employers, screen applications, conduct interviews, and guide candidates from application to relocation. ️ Plus, you make sure that our recruitment process runs smoothly and keeps improving.
Work in Valencia
All our R ecruiters work from our office in Valencia-after all, the best way to help people find a job abroad is by experiencing it yourself! And what better place than Spain? Enjoy sunny weather, take a refreshing dip in the sea, and indulge in local favorites like Agua de Valencia, paella, and tapas. What will I do?
- Provide personal guidance to both candidates and employers
- Review incoming applications and screen candidates for suitability
- Optimize the recruitment process and identify opportunities by monitoring market developments
- Actively search for and attract potential candidates who want to work abroad
