Dublin-based Global Enterprise Implementation Lead

Rippling is seeking an Implementation Manager to join our Global Implementation team in Dublin. This role involves guiding enterprise customers in adopting Rippling's Employee Management Platform, managing complex implementations, and ensuring successful adoption across diverse organizational structures.

Successful candidates will bring a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing enterprise implementations in HR, proven project management skills, and fluency in French. Hybrid working model: 3 days a week in the Dublin office.
