Driving School Customer Experience Advisor

The AA Driving School is seeking a Customer Advisor in Cardiff to deliver excellent customer service across webchat and phone channels within standard hours. The role offers hybrid working with Monday-Friday 9am-5pm and a full-time permanent contract.

You will manage customer journeys, coordinate instructors for Motability pupils, resolve complaints, and handle daily admin and payments while maintaining professional service and product knowledge.
