A private family based in London is seeking an experienced Driver/Chauffeur to join their household on a self-employed basis. This is a trusted, closely-integrated position within a busy family home, with the successful Driver/Chauffeur responsible for the safe and reliable transport of both principals and children on a daily basis.
The family are looking for a Driver/Chauffeur with a security or close protection background who is comfortable working in close proximity to the family and who understands the discretion this requires. The role is London-based only, with no travel required outside of the city.
Driver/Chauffeur Responsibilities- Providing safe, punctual, and professional driving for the family, including regular transport of the children
- Keeping the vehicle checked, clean, and up to date with all servicing requirements
- Planning routes efficiently and adapting to the family's daily schedule
- Maintaining full discretion and professionalism at all times when working closely with the family
- Being flexible and responsive to changes in schedule as needed
- A background in security or close protection
- A calm, safety-conscious driving style, particularly experienced in driving with children
- Highly discreet, trustworthy, and comfortable working within a private family setting
- Well-presented and professional in manner
- Reliable and flexible around the family's routine, with Sundays off
- Clean UK driving licence
- Security or close protection background
- Happy to undergo a full background check
- London-based, with no requirement to travel with the family
- Available to work on a self-employed basis
