Driver Training Specialist - Shape Safer, More Efficient Routes

Greggs plc in Kettering is seeking a Driver Trainer to join the team at our new site. The role offers 45 hours per week with a start time between 06:00 and 09:00, based in Kettering, NN14 1FQ. You will lead driving assessments, plan and deliver driver training, and support recruitment processes.

The ideal candidate will hold a Class 1 C+E Licence, CPC, tachograph card, and have strong training and administrative skills. Some travel may be required to support regional training needs.
