Driver Training Specialist - Policing Excellence

West Midlands Police is seeking a Driver Trainer to design, deliver and evaluate driver training across the force, ensuring learners gain knowledge, skills and confidence to meet driving standards in policing.

The role requires keeping training current, maintaining operational competence and contributing to the continuous improvement of driver training. Shift patterns are Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:00.
