Vision for Education is seeking a passionate and committed Drama Teacher to work in a secondary school from the new academic year. This is an excellent opportunity for a Drama Teacher looking for a long-term secondary teaching role with strong support, consistency, and the potential for full-time work.
This role is suitable for an experienced Drama Teacher, a newly qualified Drama Teacher, or an ECT looking to secure a long-term Drama teaching job in a supportive secondary school.
Key Responsibilities- Teach Drama across KS3 and KS4
- Plan and deliver engaging and practical Drama lessons
- Support students of all abilities in Drama
- Encourage creativity, confidence, and performance skills
- Maintain positive classroom behaviour and routines
- Work collaboratively within the performing arts department

To be considered for this Drama Teacher role, candidates must have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching Drama at KS3 and/or KS4
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- A passion for Drama education and student development
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- A valid DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply
