The Dragonfly Café is a key part of the visitor journey at the Lower Moor Nature Reserve, a popular and hugely important reserve located in the Cotswold Water Park. We're looking for a Café Supervisor, to be in charge of ensuring a well managed and efficient working shift at the Dragonfly Café.

Salary: £14.27 per hour
Contract: Variable
Hours: At least 6 days per month (hours will usually be scheduled on a Thursday and weekends)
Lower Moor Farm is one of our flagship reserves, a popular and hugely important site located in the Cotswold Water Park; it's famous for its 3 main lakes, farmland and nationally significant grassland. The Dragonfly Café is a key part of the visitor journey at the reserve, ensuring all visitors have an enjoyable visit.
As a Café Supervisor, you will be in charge of ensuring a well managed and efficient working shift at the Dragonfly Café. You will be managing the team, ensuring customer service is exceptional, that income targets are met and that we share the Trust's cause with visitors.
This role will manage shifts at the café on days the Café Manager is not on site. When the Manager is on site, this role will work alongside the manager to run the shift.
There will be an expectation to manage our finance system, deal with invoices and purchase orders, and work with suppliers on ordering stock, as well as health and safety.
