At the Management and in close collaboration with the study office in France, you will be involved in project studies, either alone or as part of a team, and you will work continuously with architects, end clients, and team members. You will be responsible for conducting technical studies as part of preliminary projects or in the execution of custom stone and resin development projects. Shall we delve a little deeper into your missions? Study technical files to analyze the feasibility of projects in compliance with regulatory, technical, and budgetary constraints. Analyze, estimate, and propose suitable technical solutions. Take measurements on-site using high-performance digital measuring tools: Proliner and Leica, offering millimetric precision. Design 2D and 3D plans and technical drawings using the company's internal software. Cost projects. Work closely with our production department. Prepare plans intended for the marble workshop. Perform quality control of custom pieces. Participate in responding to calls for tenders and reading technical documents. Monitor developments in products and technologies, and regularly follow current ongoing projects. Respect deadlines and quality standards in effect. Is this position right for you? Background in building or architecture or civil engineering or building. Mastery of construction techniques. Proficiency in CAD and CAE software such as Allplan or AutoCAD. Understanding of technical constraints (quantities) and economic constraints (prices, labor costs ). Knowledge of construction standards and regulations. First experience in the building sector. Driving license. Rigorous, organized, and responsive. Detail-oriented with an analytical mind. Autonomous. Strong ability in French - proficiency in English is a plus. Why join the Capri team?
