We are looking for a Donor Provision Support Coordinator to join our Donor Provision team.

Title: Donor Provision Support Coordinator
Salary: £29,855 per annum per annum
Contract: Fixed-Term Contract, 6 months
Hours: 35 per week, Full-Time
Location:Hybrid, withhead office in Hampstead, London,(minimum 2 days per week on-site)
Job Summary
- As a Donor Provision Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for processing all stem cell donation requests and cord blood unit shipment requests for patient transplant, both from UK hospitals and overseas. You will manage a caseload of UK donor G-CSF administration requests, handling all communications with the donor, arranging medication delivery and, where applicable, arranging nurse administration visits. You will also fulfil all post donation administration tasks, managing the timely receipt of results and any other data entry requirements.
- You will liaise with donors, transplant centres, international registries, home healthcare organisations and any other relevant stakeholders, both within and outside of the organisation, to help save and improve the lives of patients in need of a stem cell transplant.
- The successful candidate will possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrable experience of working in a role requiring a high level of admin and delivering great customer service. You will have accurate keyboard skills and proven attention to detail, be highly organised and able to prioritise. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM databases is essential, as is the ability to work well as part of a team.
