Domestic Worker - Part time 22.8hrs per week. Fixed Term Contract until 31st March 2027

Role Overview

Temporary, part time Domestic Worker position in the Housing Operations team. Responsibilities include cleaning duties as directed and supporting the maintenance of clean and healthy communal areas in community and hostels.

Part time: 22.8 hours per week.

Fixed term contract until 31 March 2027.

Starting salary £26,846 to £27,274 per annum (pro rata).

Responsibilities

• Carry out cleaning duties: vacuuming, polishing, washing down walls, window ledges, windows, tables and doors; sweeping and mopping floors; general cleaning jobs in communal areas, flats and outside areas where required.
• Assist in all areas of record keeping, stock audits and maintenance sheets.

Qualifications

• Experience of domestic or commercial cleaning.
• A full clean driving licence is required, and access to a reliable vehicle.
