Cleaning at LUHFT will include working to the National Standards of Cleaning 2025, which incorporates General Cleaning Duties, Floor Maintenance, Enhanced and Deep cleaning of patient area, clinics and offices.
This post is open to employees of the five LAASP organisations. By proceeding, you are confirming that you are a current employee of The Clatterbridge Centre, Liverpool Heart and Chest Hospital, Liverpool University Hospitals, Liverpool Women's Hospital or The Walton Centre. Confirmation will be sought for all successful applicants via an IAT. Offers will be withdrawn if the successful applicant is found not to be an employee of a LAASP organisation.
Cleaning wards, clinics and offices to high standards.
Cleaning external areas across the trust.
Adhering to infection control policies and procedures.
Assisting with rapid response on weekends (shifts 4pm-8pm and 2pm-6pm Saturday and Sunday).
Working within the domestic services department at the Royal site.
Flexibility required.
Physical fitness to lift and carry.
Cleaning experience essential for all posts.
Good understanding of written and verbal communication, ability to follow direction and work independently or as part of a wider team.
