PositionDomestic Assistant - Permanent role based at Lady Margaret Hospital, Millport.
Hours4.73 hours per week. Worked Saturday & Sunday: 4pm - 6.20pm.
What you will do- Carry out housekeeping and cleaning duties to a high standard.
- Full training will be provided.
- Experience with industrial cleaning equipment or working within a healthcare setting would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be given.
- The ability to work on both your own initiative and as part of a team and good communication skills are essential.
- Applicants should be physically fit and understand the importance of cleanliness in a healthcare environment.
- Priorities can change due to staffing and activity in the North Sector premises, and a degree of flexibility is required.
Compulsory that any new staff to Ayrshire & Arran complete Corporate Induction followed by local induction.

NHS Ayrshire & Arran may be able to offer visa sponsorship for certain roles, provided the post meets the minimum salary threshold and any other required criteria. When considering if a post meets the salary threshold for sponsorship, please note the salary advertised is based on a full time contract and must be pro rated for part time positions. Sponsorship is not guaranteed and is assessed on a case by case basis following interview and at the commencement of pre employment checks.
