As a preferred supplier to one of our biggest financial organisations, I am seeking for a Domain Architect for a 5 months+ contract in Netherlands.

Responsibilities:

As a Domain Architect, you have a helicopter view of the functional and technical landscape of one of the domains within Mortgages. You develop the architectural direction of it in line with the strategy. No Big Designs Upfront, but minimum viable architectures with a focus on architecture that can continuously develop incrementally. No TOGAF or other rigid architecture framework, but an agile and evolutionary approach.

Maintaining and developing that vision and the larger themes is something you do together with other architects and stakeholders. You also involve business stakeholders in this process. In short, a dynamic role that appeals to your technical, social, organizational and analytical skills!

Experience:

• You have an academic/HBO education and work level;
• You speak and write excellent Dutch and English;
• You have at least 10 years of work experience in IT, of which at least 5 years of experience in a similar role in a medium to large organization;
• You have experience in applying strategic aspects of Domain Driven Design;
• You can switch between different levels of abstraction and are able to develop a vision of architecture and communicate it to different stakeholders: from MT and Enterprise Architects to developers in a team;
• You have experience with different architectural patterns;
• You have knowledge of data patterns (pré);
• You are enterprising, pragmatic and organizationally sensitive.
