DoA Transformation Lead - Global Governance & Controls

Head Resourcing is seeking a seasoned Delegation of Authority Programme Manager for an initial 3-month role based in Edinburgh. The candidate will lead a high-profile DoA transformation across regions, establishing governance, roadmaps and operating models. This hands-on delivery role focuses on sustainable controls, audit readiness, data quality and change management, working with finance, HR and technology to embed the new processes.

Hybrid, 3-4 days in Edinburgh. Outside IR35.
