Premier Technical Services Group (PTSG) is hiring for an experienced and commercially focused Divisional HR Business Partner to champion best practice and lead the delivery of strategic and specialist HR services across a dynamic, multi-company division employing more than 1,000 colleagues.

This is an opportunity to partner with senior leaders, influence organisational culture and drive meaningful change within a business that plays a vital role in keeping people, buildings and businesses safe and secure.

The role of Divisional HR Business Partner

This role is ideally suited to an experienced HR professional who thrives in a complex, multi-site environment and is passionate about delivering commercially focused people solutions.

Key tasks include the following:
  • Partner with divisional leadership teams to shape and deliver the people strategy, driving organisational performance and fostering a positive culture.
  • Lead, coach and develop a team of HR Advisors, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality and responsive HR service.
  • Provide strategic HR support across multiple businesses within the division, building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Produce and present insightful HR metrics and reports, delivering updates and recommendations through senior leadership meetings and workshops.
  • Promote a pragmatic, people-focused culture that balances commercial priorities with employee engagement and wellbeing.

  • Proven ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders while building trusted relationships at all levels.
  • Previous experience leading and developing HR teams.
  • Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage effectively with both senior leaders and operational teams.
What we'll give you
  • 25 days holiday (increasing with service) + bank holidays.
  • Hybrid working (1 day per week from home).
  • Salary sacrifice pension.
  • Car allowance / Company car.
  • Life assurance (3x salary).
  • Access to our employee discount programme - savings at over 800 national retailers.
  • Employee assistance and wellbeing programme.
  • Free on-site parking.
  • Ongoing learning and development opportunities.
