Based in our Amsterdam office as part of the EMEA Sales Excellence team, you will lead the strategy and delivery of the digital product portfolio across Europe, transforming how our customers engage with our digital platforms and driving tangible commercial impact.
What Will Be Your Role?As Divisional Head Digital Product Management Europe, you will guide the future of our digital platforms focusing on Collaboration, Customer Experience, and Commercial Impact.
Digital Product Portfolio Management- Manage and steer the Digital Product Portfolio across Commercial Europe
- Align Digital Initiatives with Business Strategy in close collaboration with IT and Commercial Teams
- Oversee resources and timelines for successful delivery
- Take end to end responsibility for the Customer Portal as a commercial channel
- Drive net sales and profitability through new features and offers
- Use customer insights and behavioural data to shape new features, services, and improvements
- Launch initiatives that enhance the customer experience and unlock new business opportunities
- Propose and prioritize improvements that boost usage and satisfaction
- Collaborate with Sales, IT, Marketing, and Customer Care to execute innovation Team & Stakeholder Management
- Lead, coach and mentor a high impact team of passionate Product Owners to shape impactful digital solutions. Define priorities, coach talent, and align resources with a multi year roadmap-turning business needs into powerful product strategies that deliver real value.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders across Europe. Stay attuned to market best practices to drive smarter, forward looking solutions.
YOU're a strategic thinker and hands on leader with a passion for digital innovation and a deep curiosity about customer needs and new technologies. You believe in the power of collaboration and enjoy working across teams to build solutions that benefit both the business and the customer. You stay connected to trends in other industries and bring fresh ideas that help the team grow and adapt.
Next to this, you bring:- Proven experience (5+ years) managing digital product portfolios as a product owner, with a focus on learning and adapting in fast changing environments
- Hands on background in implementing and overseeing B2B portals and/or CRM platforms
- Strong project management and agile delivery experience
- Strategic thinking skills
- You enjoy turning ideas into action and supporting teams through change
- Deep understanding of Commercial Strategy and Customer Centric Design
- Skilled at translating Business Needs into Enablers and structure these Enablers into Digital Product Roadmaps
- Excellent communication and cross functional stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
