Your Role:

We are looking fora reliable and hardworking Distribution Operative to join our busy Aseptic Production Unit team!

This role involves supporting the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, including picking, packing, and dispatching goods in a timely and accurate manner.

Location:

Thorncliffe Park, Sheffield, S35 2PW - located just off Junction 35A of the M1. We offer free car parking, transport links, an on-site canteen serving hot and cold food/drinks.

Working hours

37.5 hours per week. Monday - Friday, Working hours between 8am-4pm

Your main responsibilities:
  • Picking and assembly of customer orders using various system methods.
  • Receipt and checking in of stock.
  • Housekeeping and hygiene duties.
  • Loading and unloading of vehicles.
  • Operating pallet trucks to perform dispatch tasks.
  • Compliance with distribution regulatory procedures and Health and Safety regulations.
What you need to succeed:
  • Experience of working within a warehouse/ production unit environemnt environment.
  • Team player with the ability to work unsupervised using your own initiative.
  • Accurate and methodical in your work and paying close attention to detail.
  • Committed to Health and Safety procedures.
  • A Fork Lift Truck (VNA / Reach) Licence is desirable but not essential.
