SALARY: Between £24,500 - £28,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Role Responsibilities as Dispute Resolution Specialist
The role involves resolving customer disputes, analyzing their causes, and implementing solutions to prevent recurrence.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Dispute resolution: Resolve customer disputes to facilitate payments, involving discussions via phone or email, and coordinating with support, finance, and operational teams.
- Root cause analysis: Investigate circumstances leading to disputes to identify preventable issues.
- Process improvement: Collaborate across teams to review and improve processes to prevent future disputes.
- Documentation: Develop and refine work instructions and process documentation.
- Reporting: Generate and analyze reports related to disputes.
- Compliance: Ensure activities adhere to company policies and regulations.
Working Hours: 37.5 hours/week Mon-Fri 9am - 5pm Fully Office Based (hybrid working potential after probation)
Candidate Requirements:
Experience in credit control, billing, invoicing, customer service resolutions, or similar roles.
- Attention to Detail: Minimize errors and identify improvement opportunities.
- Analytical Skills: Analyze discrepancies and identify root causes.
- Customer Focus: Meet SLAs and ensure customer satisfaction.
