Litigation/Dispute Resolution Solicitor (3-5 PQE) - Stoke-on-Trent Hybrid Working Legal 500 Firm

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Litigation/Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join a highly regarded Legal 500 practice in Stoke-on-Trent. This is a full time, permanent position offering high quality work, hybrid working, clear career progression and an exceptional work/life balance.

The Dispute Resolution team is entering an exciting growth phase and currently includes a Partner, an Associate, a Solicitor, a trainee and a paralegal. Due to continued expansion, the firm is seeking an ambitious Solicitor with at least 5 years' PQE to strengthen the team.

The Role

You will handle a broad range of commercial and property litigation matters, acting predominantly for SMEs. The ideal candidate will have experience advising on:

  • Commercial litigation
  • Property litigation
  • Breach of contract disputes
  • Professional negligence claims
  • Shareholder disputes
  • Landlord and tenant matters

Breach of statutory and fiduciary duties, including director and trustee disputes.

Experience in insolvency litigation, contentious probate, or construction disputes would be advantageous but is by no means essential.
