While previous experience in contested probate is desirable, the firm is open to candidates from a broader litigation background and training will be provided for those looking to specialise in this area.The RoleYou will handle a varied caseload of dispute resolution matters, with an emphasis on contentious probate disputes. The role will involve:
- Managing a caseload of contentious probate and inheritance disputes
- Advising clients on a range of civil and commercial litigation matters
- Supporting senior lawyers on complex matters where required
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Contributing to the continued growth of the dispute resolution team

Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with 1+ years PQE
- Experience in litigation or dispute resolution
- Interest in contentious probate work (experience advantageous but not essential)
