Job Description
My client is a legal 500 law firm, on the lookout for a Dispute Resolution Solicitor with 2-4 years' PQE to join their team.The Role: You'll work closely with a partner-led team on a varied caseload that includes:
- Commercial contract disputes
- Landlord & tenant matters
- Property ownership and development disputes
- Professional negligence claims
- Strategic dispute avoidance and mediation
- 2-4 years' PQE in dispute resolution
- Solid experience in both property litigation and general commercial litigation
