Disposals Surveyor - MRICS/FRICS Hybrid Council Role

Bradford Council is seeking an experienced MRICS/FRICS Disposals Surveyor for a 3-month contract to manage a varied freehold disposals caseload from strategy through to completion. The role covers valuations, disposal recommendations, and negotiations with purchasers and agents.

You will ensure best consideration under Section 123 of the Local Government Act 1972, liaising with Legal Services, and reviewing title plans and development potential.
