The Role

As our Dispensing Optician, you will:

Advise patients on frames, lenses, coatings and visual solutions tailored to their needs and lifestyle Take accurate measurements and dispense optical products Ensure excellent fit, comfort and aftercare through adjustments and follow-up support Provide expert guidance on eyewear care Maintain high standards of customer service and clinical professionalism Hours:

4 days per week Alternating Saturdays No Sundays & no Bank Holidays - excellent work-life balance What We're Looking For

You will:

Be GOC registered
Have strong dispensing and communication skills
Enjoy building long-term patient relationships
Take pride in delivering a high-quality, personal service

Experience in independent practice is beneficial but not essential.

GOC-registered Dispensing Optician with Level 6 Diploma in Ophthalmic Dispensing Previous dispensing experience essential; prior management experience preferred Excellent communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills Ability to delegate, coach, and motivate staff Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, etc.) and organisational abilities Enthusiastic, adaptable, and keen to develop professionally Benefits & Rewards
