Location: Yeovil- Hybrid
Salary: £40,000-£42,000 + excellent bonus package (varies with postcode)
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm

If you're a registered healthcare professional with strong clinical assessment and professional judgement skills, a PIP Disability Assessor role could be the perfect next step in your career.
You'll use your existing clinical expertise to assess the functional impact of long term health conditions and disabilities, focusing on how they affect an individual's daily living activities and mobility.
Your Clinical Expertise Will Be Used To:- Conduct structured PIP functional assessments via telephone and face-to-face
- Take detailed clinical histories and establish functional limitations
- Assess physical and psychological conditions and their impact on day to day functioning
- Review and critically analyse medical evidence
- Apply clinical reasoning and professional judgement
- Assess an individual's ability to complete specific functional activities
- Produce clear, accurate and objective evidence based reports
- Work within DWP guidelines and required clinical standards
- You must be currently registered with the relevant professional body and have appropriate post registration clinical experience:
- Registered Nurses - NMC
- Occupational Therapists - HCPC
- Physiotherapists - HCPC
- Paramedics - HCPC
- Pharmacists - GPhC
- This role is specifically designed for registered clinical professionals with experience in areas such as assessment, clinical decision making, history taking and evaluating functional ability.
Please note: Social Workers, Healthcare Assistants, Support Workers, Receptionists, Administrators and other non registered professions do not meet the eligibility requirements. This role does not offer sponsorship.
Salary & Bonuses:- £40,000-£42,000 starting salary
